Time and the Neoliberal Academy

Here is a recent article/study on the time allocation of academics at my MA university. I post it the spirit of our discussions yesterday about time, capital, labor, and the nature of surplus value and productivity. It's both interesting and worrying that this study took place--it could be used for a great deal of neoliberalization and demands for a "return on investment" of academics. (There is also a mention of Boise State as a "metropolitan university" which I recently learned is neoliberal code talk for corporatized techno-capitalist trade school).
